Self-Care
This year has taken an unprecedented turn, with the Covid-19 virus. During these times, it's easy to fall into despair. Here are some tools and resources to assist our students and families during the school closure.
Support and crisis lines:

The California Peer-Run Warm Line is a free, non-judgmental, non-emergency way for people with emotional or mental health challenges to get support from a peer who is trained to help. In response to the COVID-19 virus, it has expanded operations and is now open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Crisis support:
→ National Suicide Prevention Crisis Line – (800) 273-TALK
(8255)
→ Text the word “HOPE” to (916) 688-iCan (4226)
→ The Trevor Lifeline (for LGBTQ A-Z Youth) – (866) 488-7386
